Pros

Microsoft is a huge company, and the employee experience can vary drastically depending on the organization. I'm part of Microsoft AI, and I love the challenges and the coworkers I get to collaborate with. Every day is a chance to learn, grow, and tackle new problems. Generally, work life balance is good and get a lot of support from many great managers.

Cons

Depending on who and which team you're working with, there's quite a bit of bureaucracy. You’ll also often encounter territorial mindsets, especially from the legacy orgs, which can be very annoying as well. Lastly, the morale is on the lower side with the new RTO mandate and continuous layoffs.
