Friendly working environment, nice and hard-working co-workers.. There is opportunity for personal without strong professional background The company value and encourage volunteer and community services.

Cons

The Semiconductor industry is always in up-down cycle. Competition from Asian companies make the cost a big challenge for US site, such that the salary cannot be too good.
