Pros

I can really only speak to the position of Probe Software Engineer. It is a big company, so one department/team might be a very different experience than another. In my experience, I am lucky to work with such top-notch people. They are kind, understanding, and easy to work with.

Cons

Mostly usual stuff that you'll see in corporate life. They are big believers in on-site work, and there are many good reasons for that. My team, however, works well remotely, and would enjoy greater job satisfaction if Micron made exceptions for certain teams like mine.
