Can not deal with the idea of meritocracy. Very hierarchical org. VPs in the business units encourage an impress your boss behavior at all means. This leads to political and conniving people to abuse the system and screw it up for the rest. Knowledge sharing is a joke and is only used for self promotion. Trust is non-existent. Business sense is mediocre If you have gone to a good school please do not apply to Micron. They do not know how to treat employees right.
