      Shuttle Bus at many locations provided

      Cons

      1) No work life balance. Often triggered at night/rest days. 2) Blatant disregard for rest days. Expected to respond immediately if activated. 3) Many Managers lack responsibility/knowledge, not professional and does not have manners/etiquette, which is prevalent in certain departments. When problems arise, there is a lack of support provided. 4) Some recent promotions are questionable.
