Initial hike is good. All other bvenefits which they provide to an employee are common across other semicon companies, so nothing special their.

Cons

There is no work life balance in the company. Employees are forced to work for 11-12hrs a day and also asked to work on weekends by the management. Appraisals are mostly in single digits, doesn't matter how hard you work. There are no proper tools for development and debug purpose. Employees are forced to come to office during this dangerous covid time, when the situation in India is worsening. Very poorely managed team.

Zero perks Instead of emails employees LinkedIn or call to ensure there’s no official proof of their actions Managers are insensitive No support and happy to kick out if needed Interviewees mistreated and forced to join on low packages with false promises and incorrect figures.
