Pros
One of the highest paying employers in the Treasure Valley. Senior management is good with managing the company in a cyclic business. IT focuses on developing and maintaining ITIL standard practices.
Cons
It's hard for a newcomer to break into the network. Information hoarding and territorialism make teamwork and collaboration difficult. Performance measurement in terms of setting and attaining goals is improving but face time in the plant is still a major performance measure.
