      Fast growth opportunities but stressful work culture

      Pros

      Great growth opportunities and can be promoted fast. Stock is great

      Cons

      5 days on site despite a bunch of zoom meetings. They throw you in right away and it gets stressful. The culture there expects you to work all hours of the day and you never get a mental break. Also seems like they are starting to hire less people from us and if people leave they replace with people a few people in India and it seems to be making US people more stretched.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time with my team. And I pride myself as a micron employee.

      Cons

      it’s such a shame to see sub-performing fresh grad getting into this company. I don’t know where are our standards. Is there no background check on people that they recruit in?
