      It is a great opportunity to be working at the 300 mm wafer fab that is fully automated.

      Pros

      Good work etchics and opportunity for growth. Ability to work shift and accrue a lot of TOP(Paid time off), that can allow you to vacation 3-4 times a year. They have a great profit sharing program. The Boise, Idaho location has some excellent recreation and GYM facilities free for all employees.

      Cons

      Excessive micro-management, which eventually affects employee morale.

      When company made money it was a great place to work. Started out by having great benefits and great working hours..

      Cons

      Company hasn't made a profit in forever. Benefits package was slashed. Good ole boy network is alive and well.
