There are some strong tech people and teams. Nice place to work on the silicon if this is what you want.
Cons
The HR does not understand the logic of tech recruitment, gets in the way and creates delays and problems out of nothing and nowhere. Lack of communication and cooperation between HR and other parties, causes inconsistency, confusion and frustration.
