      Pros

      Leading edge technology, good work/life balance, the managers I interact with daily appear to be technically sharp and with good "people skills".

      Cons

      HIGHLY competitive industry. One misstep, and you're history as a company. Can be hard to deal the boom-or-bust cycles of the industry. At times, the focus on cost controls can be taken to what to me appears to be absurd lengths.
