      Relatively good compensation and management. The culture is overtime.

      Pros

      Relatively good compensation. You got paid for the overtime. The bonus is not fat though. Nothing to complain about the management team too, although of course there are some not so nice bosses but majority of them are considerate and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Don't even think about leaving the office on time if you want a promotion. Too many meetings. Sometimes you can only start to work after office hour.

      Pros

      I am very content to be where I am and think that I've been treated fairly and compensated properly for my level.

      Cons

      I wish telecommuting and summer flex hours were allowed. Telecommuting would help keep people who can complete their job from home off the road and summer flex hours (work four long days) would give families more flexibility in vacationing and spending time with their kids.
