      stressful environment at times. overbearing sups. and some to little office politics. company is not growing by leaps and bounds. limited promotion opportunites

      Pros

      It offers a structured environment and is good for people who like to get good at specific jobs. Job security is good and you get to do some cutting edge technology. Benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      It's a massive company and as such decisions are slower and there is a lot of red tape within groups and sometimes within team members.
