Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a lot of room for advancement and treats their team members very well. They provide excellent benefits and the people are great to work with.
Cons
When the economy tanked Micron took several downturns and has not shown that it has fully recovered. The purchasing of outside companies, while diversification is usually a good thing, seems to have gone over the top with Micron and they seem to have lost their focus. Because of the downturns team members have become more of a number than a valuable asset.
