      There is room for growth within the organisation The company is experiencing a change in policy thus creating a better work environment i.e: Elimination of smoking rooms and replacing them with game rooms and relaxation areas.

      Office politics seem to get in the way of project deadlines Old guard doesn't seem to want to let go of outdated practices which tends to hinder innovative thinking i.e thinking out the box
