      Little work life balance. Not very receptive to new ideas from new people. Old style manufacturing culture.

      Pros

      Three/four day weeks with 12 hour days, involved physical work building testing equipment with excellent coworkers. Builds working knowledge of electrical systems.

      Cons

      Very little chance for promotion within 3 years, some fatigue issues to go through with long shifts, and the shift days often make family events difficult.
