      Bonus and Management are not great. There are too much politics involve in order to have a career growth

      The company is diverse. There are many good team members who are willing to teach

      Cons

      Long hours, no overtime compensation. Management level get way too much of bonus compare to engineers who work long hours. Lack of engineers and way too many managers and leads who do not do any engineering job besides giving orders which ultimately result in a failure organization.
