Pros

Pays more than the average semiconductor company it seems, and some great areas to work within the company. It's great that they are based out of Boise, which is a great place to live.

Cons

Some parts of the company are terrible to work in, extreme micromanagement and incompetence, stemming from people getting into management positions simply because they have worked at the company for 10, 20, or more years.
