People are so friendly and willing to tell you everything. Most of boss are kind and easy going. Pay is not bad.

Cons

Benefits become not that attractive recently. Long working hours make u feel like no life anymore. Canteen food can be improved.

Open communication across departments. No dearth of challenges. Great access to outdoors. Enough vacation time.

Cons

Promotions are slow and a little too rigid. Salary is competitive, incentives are not. Some departments benefit by meeting easy goals while others have impossible goals. Poor educational benefits.
