Salary and benefits are good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful if you are in the right team.

Cons

On standby to deal with line issue all the time and have to achieve unrealistic expectations from higher management when it comes to productivity improvement, cost reduction. Great Place to Work surveys are often faked so that managers will not get disciplined when their ratings worse off.
