      I feel heard, especially by my leadership, whenever I bring up a concern or idea I have. My leadership also does an amazing job at planning with me for my own career growth and progression here at Micron,

      Cons

      I am given a bit vague direction. I am realizing slowly that it is part of the job, figuring out how to do my job. In some ways I feel I am treated too much like others with experience and not quite given enough guidance. I have learned I have to act more to figure out how to do my job, but I would appreciate a bit more guidance for it, as I do not really have an experience in this field and am figuring it out as I go.
