Pros
Food is cheap in Cafeteria. Good 1-2 weeks orientation so don't have to think too much there for the start. Pantry and toilet is clean.
Cons
Boss likes to give you invisible stress, makes me consciously consider handing the paper. Colleagues don't really know of your existence. Hard to have friends, you don't know who you can trust. It's like everyone is just playing a game of see who quits first. No power nap in office during breaktimes. Short break times... Security scans, waste a good 5 minutes of your time.
