Pros

The healthcare benefits, 401k matching and safety at job are fantastic. The hours allow employees to pursue further education as well.

Cons

The management teams are silo'd and actively prevents engineering and technician teams from implementing improvements due to arbitrary reasons that can be attributed to a very poor implementation of 6S lean principles. This toxic culture promotes toxic favoritism and short sighted decisions in a high pressure environment.
