Micron people constantly bother you at nighttime and on weekends. The line is of course running 24/7 but they expect engineers who are getting paid to work during office hours to answer their stupid calls all the time and always use the term 'very urgent' to justify them not having better things to do and not having the slightest patience to wait until tomorrow.

Terrible project organization with products being developed in multiple sites in US and all across India and China, leading to meetings every night. Despite saying there would only be one meeting with India a week, in reality it meant every evening and early morning calls. Constant roadmap changes leading to constant replanning. Very bad implementation of CI/DevOps. Cutting costs everywhere, so no hiring in the US, only India it seems. Petty empire building going on contributes to lack of horizontal movement of staff.
