Interest groups that support your hobby within the company, such as badminton, yoga, gym, basketball, pickleball, dragon boat, etc. The company focuses more on DRAM and HBM as they contribute to 75% of total revenue. Additional benefits depend on your project's profitability. Works are closely relevant to the latest technologies in the world. Memory industry happens to be in a good spot in the new AI era. Overall a really good semiconductor company, very good for people who strive a fast pace environment with less eager competitiveness. A tip is to negotiate for higher pay upon entry, as managers can't really help with the increment after that.
