Micon has a generous amount of vacation days. Free holiday meals. Friendly coworkers, That's about it.

Cons

Annual layoffs despite record profits. Job insecurity due to yearly layoffs, even when the company reports large profits. Incompetent managers. Ageing managers are usually less skilled than employees, resistant to new ideas, far out of touch with new industry trends. Performance management system. The performance management system promotes information hoarding and discourages teamwork, as helping others could lower one's ranking and jeopardize their position.
