      Pros

      Competitive Pay and benefits compared to other employers in Boise.

      Cons

      Management from the CEO down to mid-level managers lead with a “do as I say” approach. Mid-level mangers merely relay the criticizm they get from top-level mangemnt down to their employees and take no accountability. To succeed you must treat people with no respect and try to get others to do your work.

      Pros

      Many career opportunities so it is a great place to kick-start your career. Good salary and very challenging environment.

      Cons

      Long-hours (especially in Asia), high-stress and pressure, the decision gets changed all the time to accomodate its industry requirements. More focus on productivity and profit than people which they are trying to change with a little success. If you are looking for work-life balance and relaxed workplace, Micron is probably not for you.
