-NO work-life balance (Office is your home. Buy a sleeping bag) -Career progression are bell-curved towards those who worked the longest (never-ending battle) -One of the toughest department within the company -Peers in another department who have a much better life than you are already promoted while you sell your life away fighting for promotion
