Skills learnt here are very niche, not really applicable outside. No work life balance, extremely high work load. Common to work past 7-8pm on weekdays Usually will be working on weekends because of the workload. Avoid if you want to have a life outside of work. Limited OT pay claim, no OT pay claim if work <1 yr
