Pros
4 day work week, and a lot of break time for a 12 hour shift. Co-workers were pretty cool. Decent pay
Cons
There wasn't really much incentive to move up, or like when offered a special position on the team that increased my workload, there was no extra compensation. Also rotating night shifts is horrible. Day to nights every 12-16 weeks.
