      Pros

      One of my best decision to join Micron as a full stack software engineer. I got a lot of opportunity to explore my self and to learn new things. As a Micron Employee we have many facilities like Transportation, 2 Meals free per day, Hybrid Mode of work. They follow very linear Architecture

      Cons

      As it is a Semiconductor Industry the recession will happen. We have seen 2 recessions in 5 years. Instead of removing employees from the company, they could have taken other measures.

      Pros

      Leading in semiconductors domain, rapid growing, meaning to work, good peers.

      Cons

      As much as inclusion is spoken about, in practice it isn't very real. It's only true in case of senior/department managers and higher levels. Too much time to be spent because of international calls, hence stress due to less focus time.
