uncapped commission. great earning potential if you work hard and willing to put extra hours. Fridays you leave early and there is daily incentive.

Cons

long working hours. rude team leaders and they are bullies and unprofessional. you are forced to work until 7pm and non compulsory holidays. no basic salary.
