Business Outlook
Pros
The work environment was fully remote at the time I worked there, very supportive staff members. I did not experience any hierarchal pressure that was unfounded. There was a ton of flexibility, especially if you get your stuff done. Predictable salary increases and performance bonuses.
Cons
They could better formalize the support and growth of junior devs instead of just reminding you of all the resources available. You kinda have to structure your growth on your own in a way. They have great support if you ask the right question but easy to fall in the cracks if you don't.
