Developer productivity is given great importance. There's dedicated org for ensuring developers are highly productive, ironing out latency issues in VS Code, building new extensions for flagging syntactical issues, lint issues, exceptions, latency / performance issues [all within VSCode]. All this means time to write code is dramatically reduced [no worry about spinning up new instance, provisioning distributed machines, setting up development machines, etc] It's a great company in terms of perks, despite broad macro-economic downturn - we have £2500 wellness benefit and £2600 travel benefit, pension match upto 6% employee [9% employer contribution] with Fidelity, great insurance [level 4 with cigna for dentist & WPA for health]
Cons
Low value of RSU - negatively affects total compensation [stock component] Market doesn't believe in potential of meta-verse.
