      Good benefits, terrible culture, unstable future

      The benefits were great. Lots of opportunities to meet peer managers.

      Cons

      Cut throat environment. Detached management. Performance review is highly political. Essentially, your success or failure is not up to you. It's an ok place to cool your heels for a while, but growth is not possible in such an environment. It is a vicious cycle.
