Pros

Good pay, benefits, amenities. That's all the managers and work environment are toxic.

Cons

Faced discrimination as a woman, having a disabilty and underrepresented minority. I never received any credit or recognition for the program that I built. My work was given away to those who were not underrepresented minorities. I was bullied and harassed daily and FB even attempted to give me a negative performance review, which they had to reverse. My manager would force me to work 70 hour weeks to include the weekends. I was also not allowed by my manager to take PTO for 2 years.
