      Great company, culture, product and people. Meraki is great to work for and i'm very happy in a challenging and appreciated role.

      Cons

      Getting a feature request prioritized for clients is very challenging.

      -Strict work in office policy -Salary is not competitive against tech or SF -Lots of engineer-only specific benefits (car credits and fancy offsites) -Lack of promotion paths and equal pay - even worse for minorities -Lack of mentorship -Bro culture in Sales -Growing pains that company won't acknowledge -Lots of turnover -Poor management -Lack of learning and development opportunities

      Pros

      Great perks and some lovely and interesting people in the Sydney office.

      Cons

      I really wanted to love this company. It had all the right ingredients... career progression, amazing benefits like full coverage private health care and lunches everyday but the HQ culture was not for me.
