Great team to be a part of. Mission is actually a goal for employees, and something you can be proud of . Nice to work for the leader in the industry, and generally a great all around employer that is concerned about your total health and success.

Cons

Big companies always have management reporting structure issues. Much work is being done by multiple groups at the same time, with limited visibility across the organization.

They actively support the community both financially and in terms of individuals who help others through volunteer efforts. They provide a highly professional work environment. The new facility in Mounds View is clean, modern, attractive, and comfortable. People are friendly and helpful. The company attracts people who want to do the right thing. They take pride in their work.

Cons

There is not a lot of hand-holding with regard to professional development. The environment is best suited to someone who takes a lot of initiative to develop themself.
