Pros

the therapists seem to be able to make their own schedules

Cons

Could be nice place to work without the pressure of sales. I understand however, that membership sales are the driving force of the business.

Pros

Friendly, helpful staff (both management and front-desk people) Nice appreciative clientele Great experience-building job - you do lots more massages on a lot of different people with a lot of different problems than you would in private practice

Cons

Low starting hourly wage little help in getting spot replacements when you need a shift off Not the place to work if you're looking for a lot of health benefits A great job isn't always rewarded by a great tip

Pros

Employees get discounted sessions as well as some freebies. Managers have monthly goals, if goals are reached you get a gift certificate or a free session.

Cons

Having to keep a high percentage of membership sales
