      Pros

      None, they pull the bait an switch on jobs. The lady who did a set down talk about my resume. Was more worried about her bleached teeth than interviewing me for the job I applied for.

      Cons

      Applicant beware you may see a job post for $18 or more an hour. But after applying for this specific job you will be offered a less paying job. Yes bait an switch. After applying in person an getting no where I applied online. Only to get a call manpower recruit "we have a job its for three months and is $10 an hour". But I only want the $18 an hour job I reply. recruiter " ohh that job is on hold while management tours there plant". Well that was a month ago but the job is still up as if open.

      Pros

      The work is easy. 12 hour swing shifts, top out pay in critical roles in18 month. Provides warehouse/plant experience. ITS A TEMP JOB NOT A CAREER. Don't expect more. Get your experience and apply straight through another company.

      Cons

      Safety is important, but it is a distraction from all the true needs of manpower contractors. Yes its a temp job, but that doesn't mean that people do not matter. Corporate cut vacations, insurance isn't affordable and morale is low. I don't know how they choose management, but management is indifferent to the needs of their staff. People that are most qualified for leadership roles often fall through the cracks or become targets. That's just politics; play well and you will be rewarded.
