Pros
The work is easy. 12 hour swing shifts, top out pay in critical roles in18 month. Provides warehouse/plant experience. ITS A TEMP JOB NOT A CAREER. Don't expect more. Get your experience and apply straight through another company.
Cons
Safety is important, but it is a distraction from all the true needs of manpower contractors. Yes its a temp job, but that doesn't mean that people do not matter. Corporate cut vacations, insurance isn't affordable and morale is low. I don't know how they choose management, but management is indifferent to the needs of their staff. People that are most qualified for leadership roles often fall through the cracks or become targets. That's just politics; play well and you will be rewarded.
