      Location is excellent and decent benefits

      Cons

      Poor sales atmosphere, no drive on sales, too many managers not enogh revenue generating staff, poor salaries and lack of incentives for biller consultants, no committment to change/innovation, a very institutionalised work environment and culture, not dynamic enough to retain new young talented staff. Dedicated to length of service rather than quality of service. Teams unfairly over worked and not incentivized equally accross the company. In some cases staff operated against the company's core values/ethics.

      Pros

      Manpower has been a completely positive experience for me since my beginning with the organization back in October of 2002. In 2002 I stopped at my local Manpower office to enroll and pick up some extra income doing short term clerical support roles. I completed my 1st assignment and my next job opportunity offered to me was as a staffing specialist within our local office. I have been there ever since. I received excellent training and support from the moment I walked through the door and this ensured my success in my new role. 15 yrs later I still wake up EVERY day excited (and very proud) to walk through those doors and do what we do best, get people into a new job and support them in their success.

      Cons

      I have had no issues with Manpower over the last 15yrs although, if I had to point out anything, I would have to say that the amount of out sourcing for our support centers, payroll, tech support etc, has really had (at times) a profound effect on how quickly I am able to assist employees and resolve their issues in a timely manner.
