Pros
Manpower has been a completely positive experience for me since my beginning with the organization back in October of 2002. In 2002 I stopped at my local Manpower office to enroll and pick up some extra income doing short term clerical support roles. I completed my 1st assignment and my next job opportunity offered to me was as a staffing specialist within our local office. I have been there ever since. I received excellent training and support from the moment I walked through the door and this ensured my success in my new role. 15 yrs later I still wake up EVERY day excited (and very proud) to walk through those doors and do what we do best, get people into a new job and support them in their success.
Cons
I have had no issues with Manpower over the last 15yrs although, if I had to point out anything, I would have to say that the amount of out sourcing for our support centers, payroll, tech support etc, has really had (at times) a profound effect on how quickly I am able to assist employees and resolve their issues in a timely manner.
