2018-2020 Its not a bad place to start or continue. Pay was competitive. If you show up and work as expected everyday will be the same. Great hiring from within. If you die on the job they plant a tree in the parking lot in your honor.

Cons

Retention rate was not good because one or two Supervisors can be snake minded. Some stations will wear your hands put beyond belief. Can be dangerous in one area of the building. If you die on the job they plant a tree in the parking lot in your honor. Mild favoritism. In their early years overtime came randomly causing single mothers issues with daycare.

Magna Management has gone downhill

Not alot of good things left to say.

Cons

The work environment at Magna has deteriorated significantly since COVID. The office environment is almost toxic. Management doesn't care about it's employees. The people leaving Magna is daily. Not too many happy employees left.
