      Magna has everything right on paper, but they are still a large company.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement. Interesting work, as a you can get into many varieties of engineering and the company has the respect of its customers. Nice benefits package.

      Cons

      Management roles on their whims, don't count on bonuses following the metrics. It is not clear who has the power; local management, corporate, consultants. Each division competes a bit too aggressively vs. cooperating.

      Management changed to many times New managers didn't know what you did - but would appraise you anyway??? Lack of communiction on job functions when manager changed.
