      Work you to death if you allow it but a fun place to work. Challenging.

      Pros

      The pay is good and bonuses can be very lucrative. Lots of challenge and rapid pace of change. Organization is build on continuous manufacturing improvment.

      Cons

      The company will work you lots of hours for no compensation. Frequently gets in trouble for delivery or quality due to a gunslinger approach to management which causes lots of hours of work.

      Opportunities are given to all levels of employees and team members to strive to do better for themselves and to support the company.

      Typical challenges are present of a company that is founded in North America and trying to get skilled/competent staff to support growing operations worldwide.

      Pros

      Very good pay and benefits; good products and technologies; it is possible to have a good job and personal life balance.

      Cons

      Too much of a bureaucracy! You cannot do your job yourself as you need to follow the process all the time and before you send anything outside the company, it must be approved by the VP of the group, you just feel like a robot filling in spreadsheets and waiting around for management approvals ... you do not feel like you are a part of a team, as there is no team actually in once place as usually departments are located in different countries and even continents! Lack of human aspect as most of task is done via email and conference calls; not good internal communication
