Mentre l'azienda offre piccoli vantaggi come bevande zuccherate senza costi e caffè illimitato,

Cons

al momento di costruire il prodotto il livello di disorganizzazione e mancanza di professionalità è enorme. Meglio non parlare dell'interesse inesistente per la qualità e il livello tecnico richiesto. Né la fiducia né l'autonomia sono concesse in nessuna delle aree lavorative e umane

- world leader company - a top management that listens to employees - a good emvironment with collaborative people - some projects are very cool (optimization ones) - solid and rich company - nice offices in a nice and alive environment, easy to reach with public transportation - nice benefits - good balance between private and work life

Cons

- young company subsidiary of the headquarter that is in Geneve, still have to find it's role in the overall organization of the branches

Your mental health should be higher on your priority list than your salary — and even if they promise you a higher one, with their crappy review policy you’ll end up being underpaid again in no time. Make sure it’s written in your contract as non‑absorbable superminimum.
