- pay attention when you sign up your hiring contract. Go to you lawyer with it and ask specifically for "superminimo NON assorbibili" -Say good bye to any kind of normal planning of your life or holidays. - Say good bye to any kind of career. - Prepare yourself to put a smily face to any new idea coming from the worst management you could imagine. Otherwise you will be considered a toxic worker, put aside and left there till you resign.
