Pros
Management was willing to work around my school schedule. Most of my days off were given when requested. The overall culture of the store I worked at has greatly improved, as has employee moral.
Cons
Naturally, its a recession, so many jobs have been cut, and it is hard to go from part-time to full-time. Some of the management need to work on communication. At times you may get contradicting orders from different levels of management.
