Great company benefits, time off, and freedom to operate and grow your/Lowe's business. Working conditions/climate are great. Overall I would say that I am pleased with my location.
Cons
Great company but not for the timid and weak. You must resist the Jr. H.S. mentality applied by most god-fearing, child-baring, jealous, (yet stable) whining older adults.
Lowe's pays well at lower levels. Lowes gives you opportunity to advance. They give you the tools you need to perform your job and tge resources to advance.
Cons
It is retail so the hours for full time positions can vary largely. You will work weekends. Only one weekend off per month unlike some retailers who offer two off.
